What is Meditation? For me meditation is attention, doing something with complete awareness, simply just being in the moment, observing and witnessing what happens inside of us.
During the last 7 years I have experienced with different kind of meditations; Zen, Vipassana, Mindfulness, Osho Active Meditation, Dance Meditations, Work Meditations… Everything we do in life can become a meditation when we do it with full awareness. Also here it is again about finding the right balance between moving and sitting still. Our needs may differ throughout our lives and it is always nice to experience different ways of creating awareness in our body.
