We are all entitled to live a free life. To make our own choices. To create our own rules. And to live according to our own norms and values.

However, sometimes we have locked ourselves in a Golden Cage, and created a life where we are struggling, not happy at all, knowing that it is time to make some changes.

Embodied Freedom is one of SamyaFlow’s Golden Group Programme’s  that guides you through these changes in any field of your life, be it career, health, family, relationship etc.

This programme is specially made for people who want to take back their power, being in charge of their life again. It is about creating Freedom in your Body and Mind, based on a strong foundation and focus on what you truly want. 

Programme Structure

1. Weekly Focus: Each week, we cover a different layer using the 7 Chakra system to realign ourselves, release blockages, and create a free flow of energy.

2. Weekly Calls: One 60-90 minute call per week, depending on the topic.

• English Group: Tuesdays, 11:00 – 12:00 CET

• Dutch Group: Thursdays, 11:00 – 12:00 CET

3. Embodied Movement Practices: Access to prerecorded yoga, dancing, breathwork, and meditation practices.

4. Weekly Assignments: Information and tasks to help you truly embody your experience.

In order to create an opportunity for you all to connect, when desired, there will be a Facebook Group as well, where you can share your experiences, thoughts, feelings and progress, and where you can inspire each other. There will also be live and motivational Posts during the programme.

Embodied Freedom is about being committed to yourself and taking the responsibility of your life, your thoughts and actions. This way you can set yourself free from any limitations that hold you back from fully living your life.
